Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • Due to the high amounts of fraud, orders with a different billing and shipping address will have to be verified before the order can be shipped. Please provide a valid phone number to be reached. 
  • All orders unders $50 will be charged a $5 shipping and handling fee.
  • International Orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please email customercare@sportsmansoutfitters.com for a shipping quote.
  • We do ship to APO and FPO addresses.
  • We ship within 1 business day of receiving your orders. Most orders received by 12PM Cenrtal time, Monday - Friday, ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after between 12PM on Friday and 12am on Sunday, will ship Monday.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. This is usually after 6PM Central time on the day the order ships, and when our shipping system shuts down for the day.
  • Most of our items ships USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2-3 business days. Business days for USPS are Monday - Saturday.
  • Larger items such as crossbows, treestands, and large saltwater reels may ship UPS if the delivery time is better. 

 

Returns Policy:

  • We offer a 30 day, 100% Money Back Guarantee. The 30 days is from the day you receive the goods. After 30 days, all repair or warranty issues must be taken up with the product manufacturer. (The exception is Horton Havoc Crossbows, which we warranty)
  • We will pay return shipping on any damaged or defective upon arrival goods, or any product that becomes defective within 30 days.
  • For items that are being returned for a refund, and there is no reason other than "No Longer Wanted" or "Purchased by Mistake", the buyer pays the return shipping.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
