How do I order?

You can place your order online here at www.sportsmansoutfitters.com, which is available all day, every day. Or, you can call us at 866-331-3937, Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm Central Time. 

How do I pay?

We try to make it as simple as possible. VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover are all accepted. You can also pay via PAYPAL and Amazon Pay. 

Do you offer a Military Discount?

On some items, yes - and on some, no. The reason is our prices are already better than you will find at most places that offer the discount on everything. We love our military and will do everything we can to make sure you get the best price possible. Shoot us an email if you think there might be an item that has a discount. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship Monday - Friday, and close our warehouses on the weekend. Small items such as reels, baits, etc, ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days anywhere in the lower 48, including Saturday. Items such as rods, treestands, etc, ship via UPS Ground. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for a UPS MAP. Items over $500 may require a signature. 

I am not happy with my item, or it was damaged, can I return it?

Absolutely! Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you received a damaged item, let us know right away and we will issue a prepaid return label and a replacement shipment. 

If you are unhappy with an item you purchased you have 30 days from receipt of the item to send it back for a refund. Please contact us before doing so that we can provide and RMA so that we can process your return accordingly. 

You have an item listed, but it's out of stock. Can I backorder it?

At this time we do not backorder products. You can put it on your wishlist, and you will be notified when it becomes available!
